Serenity is relative. For some, it’s a hot bowl of bubbling soup or the strum of an echoing guitar driving them to contentment. For me, it’s always been the pressure of an inky pen on a blank page. Of course, I’m sure any and every writer can agree on the complete bliss weaving a tangible narrative brings us.
