It’s Called a Practice for a Reason

Begining again and again and again

When I first began meditating over a decade ago, I thought The Goal of meditation was to manage to achieve this blissful state of No-Mind. I thought, with enough practice, my frenetic monkey mind could be subdued.

The more my practice evolved the more I began to understand how wrong I had gotten it.
